We will be pleased to hold provisional reservations for 72 hours. After this time a deposit of 25% of the total value is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required by 31st March 2011. A valid credit card will be asked for at time of booking in order to process the payment. CANCELLATION CHARGES All monies paid will be non-refundable & non-transferable at any stage prior to the event date.

December 25th: Arrive at your leisure. A tempting five course Christmas lunch will be served in the Beaufort Restaurant from midday. Spend the afternoon at leisure, then join us in the evening when Chef is serving a light Buffet supper from 7.00 to 8.30pm. Boxing Day: After a full English breakfast, you will have plenty of time to enjoy a walk around the Westonbirt Arboretum, perhaps do some window shopping around Tetbury’s many antique shops, or take a drive to Bibury for the famous Boxing Day Duck race. Full afternoon tea and Christmas cake will be served in the Beaufort lounge from 4.00-5.30pm This evening is a chance to dress up for our Boxing Day Gala dinner and dance . Black tie and cocktail dresses are the order of the day for your final night of celebration at the Hare and Hounds. 27th December: After breakfast we wish you farewell and a safe homeward journey.
All Christmas Break rates are per person per stay and based on two people sharing a double/twin room, including all entertainment, meals and VAT at the current rate. A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken upon confirmation with the remaining balance due by the 1st November 2010. Full payment will be required on any bookings made thereafter.
