The Badminton Horse Trials is a three-day event, one of only six annual Concours Complet International (CCI) Four Star events as classified by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI), which takes place in April or May each year in the park of Badminton House, the seat of the Dukes of Beaufort in Gloucestershire, England.
BOOKING TERMS We will be pleased to hold provisional reservations for 48 hours. After this time a deposit of 25% of the total value is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required by 31st March 2010. A valid credit card will be asked for at time of booking in order to process the payment. CANCELLATION CHARGES All monies paid will be non-refundable & non-transferable at any stage prior to the event date. Non-arrival or Early Departure Rooms not taken up on the first night booked will be considered cancelled unless prior notification of delayed arrival is received. We regret that we cannot offer a refund on unused room nights. IMPORTANT: Please note that the above charges apply in the event of any cancellation, regardless of the reason and even if the Trials are cancelled. Christmas Eve: Once you have arrived at the Hotel and settled in, enjoy a cup of tea and toasted teacake in one of our elegant lounges. Meet members of the Management team for Canapes and a glass of sparkling champagne before indulging in a delicious five course dinner in the Beaufort Restaurant. Gentle entertainment will be provided by our guest pianist. For guests who have decided to attend midnight mass at one of the local churches, Mulled Wine and warm Mince Pies will be available on your return. Christmas Day: Christmas day begins with a full English breakfast in the Beaufort Restaurant. A tempting five course Christmas lunch will be served in the Beaufort Restaurant from midday. Spend the afternoon at leisure , then join us in the evening when Chef is serving a light Buffet supper from 7.00 to 8.30pm. Boxing Day: After a full English breakfast, you will have plenty of time to enjoy a walk around the Westonbirt Arboretum, perhaps do some window shopping around Tetbury’s many antique shops, or take a drive to Bibury for the famous Boxing Day Duck race.
